Here is my entry
The moon rose from the darkness, in all glory
Creating a mazarine hue on the calm ocean
Chipping off the ocean's hidden isolation - patiently
The ocean sighed, a silent plea
On its lips, sealed forever
Don't wax and wane
The hurt intensifies
Four three two one zero. In this order the reality of our friendship ends, not even leaving me with number one!.
just me with an emptiness zero, which now I really appreciate more than ever, because through it I learn about my empty self and how to except the fact that you are vast and there are no limits and lines to divide you or cuts you in halves, only to be a whole and complete.
Not fearing to lose anything that isn’t yours in the first place, only the ones and the things that are really meant for you will blend in you without any trivial excuses or Unbearable explains.
My heart leaps up when I behold
Shining stars in the sky :
As it was during childhood:
As it is being a man now :
As it will be when I get old,
If I remain alive.
The thing one does in the childhood :
As one does in the adulthood,
No change even becomes old,
Or while moves to graveyard.
The first line from William Wordsworth "My heart leaps up "
Skylark Challenge #7
We all Cast Shadows
Indeed we all cast shadows or
so I thought. What happens
when that shadow you use
to cast no longer appears.
is it because the sun no longer
shines over my head or has
it simply forgot to rise.
Then surely the moonlight
will reflect and awakening that
sleeping shadow,that forgot
to apear with the morning sun
and yet it has again forgotten to
apper amongst the midnight sky
and the bright lights of the sidewalks.
Yes we all cast shadows during
the day and even late at night but
if so then where is mine?
My name is Misha and I come from Isha. You must be confused. After all, an addition of one letter, what kind of difference did it make.
Let me take you back. To the time where my grandparents were extremely happy and content. The reason? Kushal and Esha filled their world with unlimited joys. Two wonderful kids who never went astray in life and did all things good. They listened to their parents, got good grades, never smoked or drank, were respectful of elders and minded their own business.
Until the fateful day, where my aunt, Esha was diagnosed with a terminal disease. My grandparents turned the world upside down to save my aunt. Supernatural to nat...
Skylark Challenge 3
Things I have gained
My balcony has one chair.
I think this isn't fair.
It was supposed to be two.
Looks like my sky isn't Blue.
The storm is here.
I don't have fear.
I like the wind.
I have not sinned.
There is no need to fall
I have had it all.
I have everything to gain.
Just a little bit of pain.
I sit on this chair.
Storm is trying to scare.
It has started to rain.
The thunder is insane.
I love it to the core.
I just want it more.
I am the drenched one
Letting it out until I'm done.
So happily enjoying the storm.
I am now in full form.
This Storm has got me trained.
For the things that I have gained.
One day, in a cloudy conversation i couldn't predicted what will be happening next, therefore i ended up getting wet from a rainy words of coldness, and with a strong winds of isolation i was drift away with a shaking heart that was searching for a shelter moment of calmness.
Then after that i realised "which is always comes late" that i should carefuly read the signs of carelessnes moments that i had recevied and felt through the time, and ignore all the useless excuses that manipulate the fact that the feelings had already been changed.
In the end, unfortunately "as usual", it's too late for me to avoid the storm, i have been shattered everywhere, within the sharp sound of thunder i...
It's been more than a week of unending work - hardly any sleep and random munchies for meals. "Don't know how long I can go on like this", I utter at last to my friend, breaking down in sheer exhaustion. It's the middle of the week and none of us have enough time for cranky conversation or consolation, and so we hang up in another couple of minutes. It's been ages since the Sun decided to show all its might - scorching heat and skyrocketing temperatures with no respite in the form of winds! What could possibly be worse than this!
But alas! The last couple days showed just what can be worse: enormous grey clouds playing hide-and-seek with the sun! So now with the heat is the humidity as well ...
Suman Da sips his tea frantically.
Burns his tongue with potent sweetness.
His trusted, static-ridden comrade has just informed him over radio waves.
A Jhor is on the way.
Suman Da closes his shop early today.
He has seen enough storms to know better.
His myriad of sturdy locks do not mind working overtime.
Veterans of mayhem, each one of them.
Under the convention of dark clouds,
Suman Da pedals his two-tubed chariot.
Lightning bolts flail wildly in the skies,
Thunder rhythmically rumbles,
And the trees begin to sway.
The dance of Jhor commences.
Raindrops relentlessly fall to their deaths,
Stinging the baked earth, and all that it holds.
College days were just divine.
Drunken eyes without wine.
Friends were family &
Family became friends
That's how i lived my college till ends.
Let's Unwrapped memories
of those storms & lights .
Somewhere it attracts me
To be on my wilder side.
Never counted how many times
When thunder knocked and raindrops came
my friend & me behaved like a child.
We forgot everything and just
played ,played & played .
Sometimes on a roof and
sometimes on an empty roads.
People might thought we were insane,
Though we damn care while it was about rain.
Deliberately broken umbrella's strands
So that we will get wet everytime in monsoon.
That era was not that cool or mod
Still we lived like,...
